Richard Eddison MNAEA MARLA

Managing Director

About me: I was born in Wimbledon Village, and have lived and worked in the SW19 area for over 30 years. I started out as a negotiator in 1989, working for corporate estate agencies in Battersea, Earlsfield and Balham. Moving to Wimbledon as Branch Manager in 1994, I rose to be the top sales director at a well-known agency. Along with the experience and in depth understanding of the local market, I am a member of ARLA and the NAEA. I opened eddisonwhite in 2004 with a Wimbledon branch in 2011 and a Morden branch in early 2020.
My free-time: Walking the dog, joining cycling events.
At the weekend I recommend: Wimbledon Common walk followed by brunch or a pint in the village.
My favourite local eatery: The Ivy Cafe in Wimbledon, for a special occasion. Always great food, service & atmosphere.
Top property tip: Choose an agent you trust, that takes a caring approach and offers a better service for a better fee.

Nicola Eddison

My free-time: Exploring new places & restaurants locally or further afield.
At the weekend I recommend: Visiting the National Trust, Morden Hall Park for walks and wildlife.
My favourite local eatery: Hashi Japanese restaurant in Raynes Park.
Top property tip: Make sure your property has 'kerb appeal' – fresh paintwork, clean windows, an uncluttered entrance and add some greenery if poss. Get them in a positive frame of mind before they're through the door.

Teddy Hill

branch manager

About me:  I have worked in property for over 14 years & pride myself on honesty, integrity and treating clients as I would expect to be treated myself. I truly enjoy how no two days are the same. From valuing a home to assist those clients move up the property ladder, the next showing a first-time buyer their potential first home. Or even landlords/tenants looking to rent or let a property. What I find most satisfying is that feeling when I hand the keys over to those that buy, sell or rent through eddisonwhite.
My Freetime:  Whether eating out, exploring the UK, or travelling abroad I like to utilise my free time to the max. Swimming is also a passion of mine.
At the weekend I recommend: Visiting any green spaces including Morden Park and attending local events like markets or fetes.
My favourite local eatery: I am always on the lookout for restaurants opening in the area so my favourites change as I love trying new food cuisines. My last supper would always be a good Sunday roast.
Top property tip: Choose an agent that listens, understands your needs so that when they tailor the marketing plan it is one that works for you and what you want to achieve as no two reasons for selling, buying, letting, or renting are the same!

At the weekend I recommend: Depends on my mood. SW19 has a lot to offer from theatre, numerous restaurants, outdoor spaces and some great nightlife.
Favorite local eatery: In the summer you can get the best glass (or jug) of Pimms at The Apprentice in Merton Abbey Mills.
